The space A 55 sqm apartment on the second floor, carefully furnished to offer comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and complete independence during their stay. The building where the accommodation is located hosts a total of 5 other apartments: three used as holiday rentals (including "Ca’ Gialla 1", "Ca’ Gialla 2" and "Ca’ Gialla 5") and two occupied by permanent tenants, creating a quiet and residential atmosphere. Other things to note 1. SELF CHECK-IN 🔐 Thanks to the self check-in procedure, you can access the apartment independently at the time you prefer, starting from 3:00 PM. No waiting, no restrictions. 📋 Mandatory registration: In accordance with Italian law (art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.), we are required to register all guests for security reasons. Since there is no physical reception, you will be asked to complete the online check-in before arrival, providing the following: - Upload of a valid ID document. - A selfie to verify correspondence with the document. ℹ️ Privacy and data protection guaranteed: The procedure is completely secure and compliant with data protection regulations. Documents are automatically deleted from the system immediately after approval and are not stored. ⚠️ We cannot host anyone who does not provide a valid personal document. 2. MINORS 🔞 Minors cannot stay unless accompanied by their parents or by an adult with authorization and copies of the parents’ documents. 3. SERVICES 🚤 Possibility to rent SUP boards, canoes, bicycles and boats (no license required), thanks to agreements with nearby activities. 4. PETS 🐶 A medium-sized dog or up to two small dogs are allowed per stay, with an extra charge of €8 per night for each animal. The supplement can be paid in cash directly on site. 6. SOFA BED 🛋️ Please inform us before arrival if you are 2 people but wish to sleep separately, so we can prepare everything. 7. BABY COT 🍼 If you need a baby cot, please inform us in advance so we can prepare it for you if available. Cost: €20 per stay, including a high chair. 8.
