I live near the Arena

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of 2 separate rooms that are connected through the kitchen. ZEN relaxation podium, where you can relax after a delicious lunch or dinner, from which you can also watch TV and your favorite shows. A shared bathroom with a spacious bathtub and shower and a separate toilet is located in the hallway and is not far from either room. Other things to note the whole area is non-smoking. you can only smoke outside in front of the house
