Charming air-conditioned house of 100 m2 with large terrace, 150 meters from the RER (20 minutes direct from the Eiffel Tower station), close to the Palace of Versailles (5 minutes by bus) and close to shops (supermarket 100 meters away), in a chic and family-friendly area. The accommodation has luxurious furniture (king size beds, high-end bedding,) and state-of-the-art equipment (4K Oled TV). The terrace with its plancha allows you to enjoy summer evenings after your days of sightseeing. The space The house has 3 bedrooms equipped with luxury king size bedding (180 x 200). We can add two single beds (80 x 190) in one of the bedrooms and two baby folding beds (with real mattresses) on request. Each room has a 43-inch 4K TV and overlooks the greenery of the garden to ensure quiet nights. In the living room, you will find quality sofas, a 55-inch OLED TV, as well as a connected speaker to listen to your favorite music. The bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom, the two bedrooms upstairs share another. Upstairs a small work or relaxation area is furnished with two armchairs and a table. Books and board games are available. The kitchen/dining room is equipped as at home (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, slicer, etc.), with a raclette machine to enjoy your friendly evenings. The terrace with its large table, deckchairs and plancha allows you to spend a pleasant time with family or friends. Basic baby equipment is also available free of charge on request (bathtub, changing mat, high chair, potty, toys), as well as babysitters (extra charge).
