Our newly renovated house offers you a peaceful setting with a large garden for total disconnection just a stone's throw from the Star City. Accommodation for 2/4 people of about 30 m2 with an attic bedroom upstairs, a sofa bed in the living room, a covered terrace, with gas or charcoal barbecue, garden furniture and private parking. Not overlooked, with nature as a view. The space A modern and bright interior designed for your comfort, with direct access to a privileged exterior. A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob with the necessary kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a mini oven, a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette set, a croque-monsieur machine, an iron with table, a hair dryer, a clothes drying rack and cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, broom...). The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and toilet. The upstairs bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a small office space. NEW: A beautiful covered terrace awaits you for outdoor dining, no matter the weather. A gas barbecue is available for your evening grills. GARDEN SIDE: Enjoy a large green space with a few trees at the bottom of the garden. For the lucky ones, deer sometimes come to visit us at the edge of the field in the morning or at nightfall. The accommodation is located at the back of our courtyard, in an annex building. A path leads you from the parking lot to the accommodation.
