Where many parties were celebrated in the former ballroom of the Schwanen Brewery in the 18th century, a unique and stylish accommodation (2nd floor) for up to 4 people is now available for you. With a short walk along the Kocher, you can reach beautiful Schwäbisch Hall in about 10 minutes. If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take it right at your doorstep. Free parking is available in the backyard. The space The highlight of the apartment is the spacious living area. Here you have over 100 square meters of space to relax and enjoy the great atmosphere of the listed apartment. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook small and large dishes. Here you will find various spices, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. For quick cleaning, simply use the dishwasher. Tabs are ready for you. Start your morning right with the Nespresso machine. A starter set of coffee capsules or various teas are ready for you. For a good night's sleep, a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed is available in both open bedrooms. The large bedroom is integrated into the living area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding curtains give you enough privacy for a quiet sleep. Cotton bed linens and towels are of course included for you. Shower gel & shampoo are available free of charge in the floor-to-ceiling shower. A hairdryer will also be ready for you. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!
