If you are driving in from the North, it is incredibly easy to locate as you come off the motorway and onto The Terrace. 📍LOCATION / AREA The apartment is centrally located on The Terrace, just a stone's throw from Lambton Quay. Once here the entire central city is walkable, with cafes, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets, etc., on your doorstep The area is alive by day, giving you a genuine taste of Wellington city! A short drive, bus trip, or Uber will take you to places like Weta Workshop, Zealandia, and so on. Our photos give an accurate appraisal of the apartment's size—so you be the judge! 🙂 🅿️ PARKING There is a FREE designated on-site secure car park in the basement of the building. It is suitable for normal-sized cars and SUVs. (most rental cars) The apartment is easily accessible via the lift directly from the basement. The car park is NOT suitable for vans & people carriers due to an overhead pipe at the end of the park—see photos. 📸
