This small but perfectly formed, 2 bedroom apartment w/ secure parking is located in the heart of Wellington from where you can enjoy the best the city has to offer on your doorstep! However, being a top floor corner apartment, it is quiet and light-filled with a wonderful city view that peeks down to the harbour. It is perfect for couples, singles, a couple w/ a child, or friends just getting away, and the like. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy the worlds 'coolest little capital.' 😊 The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a secure on-site car park, and a well-equipped kitchen, lounge, and bathroom - providing everything you need for for a visit to the capital! 😴 Bedroom 1 is a master with a QUEEN bed. 😴 Bedroom 2 is a smaller single room with a KING SINGLE bed. 📍It is conveniently located on The Terrace, a stone's throw from Lambton Quay. Once here the entire central city is walkable with cafes, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, etc, on your doorstep. The area is alive by day giving you a genuine taste of Wellington city! However, it is away from the nightlife precinct (but still within walking distance) so it is quiet at night. 😌 Many of Wellington’s most famous attractions such as Te Papa, Cuba St, Parliament, the Cable Car (leading to the botanical gardens), the train station (leading directly to Sky Stadium), and TSB Arena, to name a few, are within a short walk. If you're visiting on business - this apartment is in the heart of it! It is a short Uber, drive, or bus ride from the airport and the ferry terminals. If you are arriving by car from the North, the property is easy to locate as you drive into Wellington. ✅️ Unlimited free Wifi, and a smart TV with Netflix, etc. Reach out if you have any questions! You can still book for 3 adults - absolutely! We have had groups of 3 adults stay happily - but please take note that it is a smaller apartment and our photos give an accurate appraisal of the apartments size, so you be the judge! 🅿️ PARKING We have a FREE on-site secure car park in the basement of the building for your use. It is suitable for normal sized cars and SUVs. (most rental cars) The apartment is easily accessible via the lift directly from the basement. NOTE: The car park is NOT suitable for vans & people carriers due to an overhead pipe at the end of the park - see photos. 📸 If you have a van and wish to stay, reach out as we do have another parking solution that may work for you. 🙂
