New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. Chill and sip a glass of wine sitting on the sunchairs while contemplating the lake and Pescallo, the ancient fisherman village. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks. The space The house is located in a very safe and quiet area, just a few steps from the hustle and bustle of the main centre. Guest access Guests have a private garden with lakeview. The access to the apartment is very easy due to the elevator, luggages can be rolled from the parking/gate to the house entrance. Other things to note If your booking is for 2 guests but you prefer 2 separate beds other than the normal double bed, please ask me while booking. An increase of 15€ will be asked for the extra bed linens. If your booking is longer than 7 nights, I provide you with a change of towels and bed linens included in the price. For any other bed linens or towels change, an increase will be asked. From 1st March to 30th November, guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, 3€ per person per night at the check-in moment.
