The duplex was recently renovated, with details throughout to ensure a comfortable holiday stay. You’ll be a 3-minute walk to the closest metro stop, COLLBLANC, a 10-minute walk to Camp Nou Stadium, or a 15-minute metro journey to Paseo Gracia in Eixample. Sants Train Station is 3 metro stops away (direct), and the Airport is about 30 minutes on the metro (direct). We've installed double-glazed windows to help minimize Barcelona’s street noise, but they might not be perfect every night. We also provide earplugs at bedside to reduce any sensitivity to the street noise. ⚠️ The DOUBLE bed in the loft is a European standard size of 140 × 200 cm (55 × 79 inches). Upstairs, discover a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm), and a sleek ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, enjoy a comfortable living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and a convenient laundry space with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your stay: with fridge, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils. Wi-Fi speed hovers around 100mb/s, covering the whole flat. The living-room sofa transforms into a sofa bed (140*200 cm), and is large enough for one person. **Please note: for parties of 2 guests who wish to use the sofa bed, there's a supplementary charge of €30. Please inform us in advance to ensure the sofa bed is prepared for your stay. This fee ensures the sofa bed is made comfortable with fresh sheets, pillows and towels provided by our dedicated laundry team. For bookings of 3 guests, this fee is already included in your Airbnb price. The duplex has a wall-mounted AC/Heating, controlled via remote control. -------------------------------------------------- You will have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay and includes the following: Upstairs: Double bed (140cm x 200cm), fitted with cotton linens delivered and prepared for your arrival by our third-party professional laundry service. The closet and chest of drawers offer ample storage and hanging space for your clothes, and for your luggage below. There's also a wall-mounted heating unit. The Bathroom: We provide two fresh white towels for each guest, delivered and prepared for your arrival by our third-party professional laundry service. We also provide starter pack sachets of shower gel and shampoo for your arrival. The bathroom also has a powerful hairdryer under the sink. Downstairs: The living room: Make yourself at home in the living room with its 32'' TV and comfy sofa that converts into a sofa bed. (Please note the 30euro charge for sofa bed sheeting arranged by our third-party laundry service. For bookings of 3, this charge is already included in your airbnb price. The Kitchen: We’ve completely outfitted the kitchen so you have just about everything needed to cook a meal during your stay: a variety of pots and pans, colander, utensils, dinnerware and glassware. The kitchen has an electric triple-hob, a large fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle and oven. We also provide a starter pack of coffee capsules and tea bags for your arrival. The Laundry Area: Equipped with an 6kg washing machine and a 8kg dryer, we ensure your laundry needs are met. A starter pack of laundry capsules is provided for your convenience. Late check-in is possible but must be arranged in advance. Please notify us before 12:00 PM on the day of check-in if you require a late check-in. Check-ins between 21:00 pm and 23:00 pm will have an additional cost of 30 euro. Check-in after 23:00 pm will have an additional cost of 50 euro. Checkout time is at 11:00 am Smoking is not allowed. We have installed an exterior ring doorbell system with a camera facing the main entrance of the flat (outside the flat), the device will record only when it detects motion and will save the recordings for 15 days, no camera or recording system inside the flat.
