The space If you want to stay in a cozy and well-organized home in the heart of Pula, this is the ideal solution. Here everything tells of the sea. Suggestive, original and at the same time comfortable, this is how it presents itself, full of details and original objects attributable to the brackish and the mistral. This beautiful villa, furnished with care and good taste, is spread over 3 levels. GROUND FLOOR At the entrance of the villa you enter the beautiful living area, where there is a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a 40" HD Smart TV with access to a Netflix account, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube included and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen is very functional and is complete with everything you need to prepare your meals. It consists of a 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. To complete the kitchen, a complete set of pots and pans, plates, various cutlery and all the utensils for cooking. You will also have oil, salt, basic pepper, but also sugar, coffee, tea and assorted herbal teas to satisfy every taste as a welcome. From the living area, you can access the beautiful terrace shaded by a lush and fragrant jasmine, where we find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable living room in natural acacia to enjoy your relaxation in front of the enchanting and well-kept garden full of typical Mediterranean plants and with an elegant English lawn. A nice mobile barbecue is available for excellent outdoor barbecues with your family or friends. In this area, you will find the first bathroom, consisting of a shower with a cabin, complete bathroom fixtures, and a sink with a wall mirror and a locker where you can store your belongings during your stay. There is also a convenient washing machine that will allow you to wash your clothes and the necessary to hang and iron your clothes. FIRST FLOOR The upper floor houses the sleeping area. Here we find a very spacious and bright double bedroom. The room consists of a queen-size bed with a hypoallergenic mattress and a 5-cm memory foam topper for maximum comfort. Two pairs of memory foam pillows of different heights, sheets, and extra blankets complete the kit offered to make your stay perfect. In the room you will find: a 6-door wardrobe, a dresser, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a comfortable shoe rack. Adjacent to the double room is a cozy and bright double room with a second pull-out bed, perfect for accommodating friends or children. Both bedrooms have a nice private balcony overlooking the garden. In the sleeping area we find the second bathroom consisting of a comfortable shower with hydromassage cabin, complete sanitary ware, soft terry towels of different sizes for each guest and free Welcome Kit with shower shampoo, intimate hygiene, soap and shower cap, hairdryer with diffuser and first aid kit. There is also a custom-made cabinet to accommodate all your belongings. You will always have plenty of space and maximum comfort. BASEMENT Here you will find a large and cozy open space with a comfortable sofa bed and a 32" HD Smart TV that will accompany you in moments of relaxation after a day at the beach. In the same environment there is a study/smart working corner where you can concentrate in case of remote work or enjoy a pleasant reading. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a dream vacation full of relaxation and heavenly beaches that can be reached in a few minutes by car. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. The property is perfect for children, who can run and have fun outdoors in the beautiful garden. Upon request, we provide a crib, sheets, and bedspread. The stairs of the house are equipped with security gates to ensure a safe stay. For guest safety and in accordance with the law, the house is equipped with a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. For your days on the beach, we have thought of every detail: windproof umbrellas to protect you from the sun, a practical bag with soft beach towels, a cooler bag to keep your drinks fresh, comfortable beach chairs and masks to explore the seabed. All you have to do is enjoy the relaxation! From here you can reach by car some of the most beautiful beaches in the world such as Nora beach, with its golden sand and crystal clear sea (5 minutes); Chia beach, with its spectacular golden dunes (20 minutes); Su Giudeu beach (Capo Spartivento) with the incredible transparency of the crystal clear water and the softness of the sand, often a movie set and theater of commercials (30 minutes); Tuerredda beach, with its white and fine sand and its emerald waters (35 minutes); Cala Cipolla beach, an enchanting strip of golden sand, set by granite rocks in a still wild and isolated territory (30 minutes). Guest access You will enjoy the exclusive availability of the entire villa. Access is simple and direct through the main gate.
