The space If you want to stay in a cozy and well-organized home in the heart of Pula, this is the ideal solution. Everything tells about the sea here. Suggestive, original and at the same time comfortable, this is how it presents itself, full of details and original objects attributable to the brackish and the mistral. This beautiful villa, furnished with care and good taste, is spread over 3 levels. GROUND FLOOR Upon entering the villa, you come into the beautiful living area, which features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a 40” HD Smart TV with access to a Netflix and YouTube account included, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen is very functional and is complete with everything you need to prepare your meals. It includes a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. To complete the kitchen, a complete set of pots and pans, dishes, various cutlery and all the cooking utensils. You'll also have oil, salt, basic pepper, but also sugar, coffee, tea, and assorted herbal teas to satisfy every taste as a welcome. From the living area, you can access the beautiful terrace, shaded by lush jasmine, where you will find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable natural acacia wood seating area for relaxing in front of the charming garden, which is filled with typical Mediterranean plants and features an elegant lawn. A portable barbecue is available for delightful outdoor grilling with your family or friends. In this area you will find the first bathroom, consisting of a shower with cabin, complete sanitary ware and the sink with a wall mirror and a cabinet where you can store your personal belongings during your stay. There is also a comfortable washing machine that will allow you to wash your clothes and everything you need to spread and iron your clothes. FIRST FLOOR The upper floor houses the sleeping area. Here we find a very spacious and bright double bedroom. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a hypoallergenic mattress and a 5-cm memory foam topper for maximum comfort. Two pairs of memory foam pillows of different height, extra sheets and blankets complete the kit offered to make your stay perfect. In the room you will find: 6 door closet, dresser, bedside tables with reading lamps and a comfortable shoe rack. Adjacent to the double one we find a cozy and bright double room with a second pull-out bed, perfect for welcoming friends or children. Both bedrooms have a nice private balcony overlooking the garden. In the sleeping area we find the second bathroom consisting of a comfortable shower with hydromassage cabin, complete sanitary ware, soft terry towels of different sizes for each guest and free Welcome Kit with shampoo shower, intimate hygiene, soap and shower headset, hairdryer with diffuser and first aid kit. There is also a custom-made piece of furniture to accommodate all your belongings. You will always have plenty of space and maximum comfort. BASEMENT Here you will find a large and cozy open space with a comfortable sofa bed and a 32"HD Smart TV that will accompany you in moments of relaxation after a day at the sea. In the same environment there is a study/smart working corner where you can focus on remote work or enjoy a pleasant reading. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a dream vacation full of relaxation and paradisiacal beaches within a few minutes' drive. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. The property is perfect for children, who can run and have fun outdoors in the beautiful garden. Upon request, we provide a crib, sheets, and bedspread. The stairs of the house have safety gates to ensure a safe stay. For guest safety and in accordance with the law, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. For your days at the beach we have thought of every detail: wind umbrellas to protect you from the sun, a practical bag with soft beach towels, a fridge bag to keep your drinks cool, comfortable beaches, and masks to explore the seabed. All you have to do is enjoy the relaxation!
