The living room is equipped with seating area with corner sofa, smart TV and bluetooth speaker. On the ground floor is a bathroom with bath and shower. Seperate room with infrared sauna. Separate toilet on the ground floor. The storage room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Upstairs are three bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. This holiday villa has a garden with a terrace. Garden furniture/lounge set and parasol is available. PLEASE NOTE: The villa is located by the water, therefore it is important that children can swim or walk around the house with swimming straps/vests. You are responsible for your children's safety. Extras: Free wifi. Garden house. Private parking on site. Children's bed, Highchair are standard in the villa. The main booker must be over 21 to rent the accommodation and must also be present in the accommodation during the stay if the other co-travellers are under 21. For young adults (between 21 and 25 years) we charge a deposit of €500 (ID must be shown at check-in) This is due to unpleasant incidents in the past. Bed linen is included.
