We are on the beautiful Chianti hills just 20 km from Florence. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards in an ideal place away from the heat and chaos of the city, the newly built villa with a/c, garden, barbecue and free parking spaces, is a great starting point for discovering Florence and the beauty of Tuscany. Reaching Florence in just 20 minutes by train is easy thanks to Pontassieve train station (7 km), but it is also possible by direct bus or by car. The space Chianti House Garden is a detached single-family townhouse on two levels with air conditioning, exclusive garden and two free covered parking spaces available. It is your ideal accommodation for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ground floor: A living area with air conditioning, a modern kitchen, a functional peninsula, and two designer stools. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, coffee machine with pods, and kettle with assorted tea at your disposal. If necessary, an extendable table with related seats is available. The room also has a comfortable sofa bed with a 140x190 memory foam mattress and a Smart TV with active subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime. From the living area, there is access to the garden complete with sofa and armchairs for a refreshing break. A wood-burning barbecue and a table for your outdoor meals sheltered by an openable awning. You will also find seat cushions inside the wooden door adjacent to the French window, the clothesline and the fire extinguisher. Upper floor: Bathroom and double bedroom with air conditioning, accessible by a spiral staircase. The bathroom is complete with shower, hairdryer and everything you need for your stay. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress, large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors and two French doors with blackout curtains that allow access to a lovely terrace overlooking the garden. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. In the exclusive garden you will find a barbecue for your outdoor grills, a table for your lunches and dinners by candlelight and a relaxation area for sunbathing and enjoying the sunsets. Upon your arrival, a welcome basket with espresso coffee, instant coffee, assorted tea, cookies, rusks, jam, still water and sparkling water. In the garage, you will find two bicycles, ready to be used for free to make your adventures limitless! It has all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. Other things to note The apartment can be reached by your own means of transportation, by direct bus from the center of Florence (SI90) or by train to Pontassieve and then direct bus. The house also has 2 free covered parking spaces at your disposal.
