It has 6 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and a game room with billiards, darts and foosball. Large garden with pool, hammocks and barbecue area allows you to enjoy sunny days, relax and rest. The space The house has 6 bedrooms: 1 - bedroom with double bed (1st floor) 2 - bedroom with double bed (1st floor) 3 - bedroom with double bed (1st floor) 4 - bedroom with double bed (Ground floor) 5 - bedroom with 2 single beds (1st floor) 6 - bedroom with 2 single beds (Ground floor) The living room has a fireplace, a dining area with a large table and 2 sofas: 1 double sofa bed (suitable for 2 people) and a large main sofa. Each floor has a full bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). Guest access The entire house is rented exclusively for our guests. All areas of the house are private and not shared. There is plenty of free parking right next to the house. We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as home paella service, cooking classes, private chef, boat rental, transfers, excursions and much more. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet development 10 minutes by car from downtown Blanes and the beach. Right next door is a wine bar with a grill and a 5-minute drive away is a home-cooked restaurant with the "Cal Cosinet" animal farm.
