The space The apartment has an entrance area with a large dining table. From here you can access the bedroom with a 2x2 m box spring bed and a Bruno armchair bed via a staircase, as well as the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and ample storage space. From the entrance area you can access the gym with infrared cabin and through a small hallway into the living room with a Bruno sofa bed 1.60 x 2 m and a sofa bed 1.20 x 2 m, a 65-inch TV and an electric fireplace. Here you have access to the guest toilet, the utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to a gallery, where the fully equipped kitchenette with seating is located. From here, access to the balcony is also possible, which is equipped with a bench, a table and 2 chairs. The associated seat cushions are located in the utility room. Due to the northwestern balcony orientation on the side of the house facing away from the street, you can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony and have a direct view of St. Margaret's Church.
