Exclusive living & pure relaxation Newly opened in December 2023, our chalets are located directly on the slopes of the breathtaking Stuhleck ski and hiking area in Spital am Semmering. Each of our air-conditioned cottages offers 57m2 enough space for up to four people and is ideally equipped for self-catering. A covered terrace, a small garden and an in-house barrel sauna are also at your disposal. Soap and shampoo are also available. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will also find a small selection of tea and 10 Nespresso capsules as well as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil as an initial supply. Dish towels, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher tabs are also available. As a guest, you benefit from a 10% discount at our partner company ski rental Sonnenalm. There you can borrow skis, shoes, poles and helmets. In summer you can borrow our e-bikes for only €20 per day. Other things to note Travel crib including bed linen and high chair are available for free. Please let us know at the reservation if desired. On the day of departure, the overnight stay tax per person from 15 years/per night €2.50 must be paid in cash. This will be delivered to the municipality.
