Exclusive living & pure relaxation Our chalets, newly opened in December 2023, are located directly on the slopes of the breathtaking Stuhleck ski and hiking area in Spital am Semmering. Each of our air-conditioned vacation homes offers enough space for up to four people with 57 m² and is ideally equipped for self-catering. A covered terrace, a small garden and an in-house barrel sauna are also available. In the fully equipped kitchen you will also find a small selection of tea and 10 Nespresso capsules as well as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil as a first supply. Dish towels, dishwashing liquid and tabs for the dishwasher are also provided. As a guest, you benefit from a 10% discount at our partner company Skiverleih Sonnenalm. There you can borrow skis, shoes, poles and helmets. In summer, you can borrow our e-bikes for only €20 per day. Other things to note Travel crib including bed linen and high chair are provided for free. Please let us know when booking if desired. On the day of departure, the overnight stay tax per person from 15 years/per night is €2.50 to be paid in cash. This will be paid to the municipality.
