The space The newly built 2024 section of The View Residence – ISLAND VIEW – invites you to enjoy top-level relaxation. The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two spacious terraces with sea views, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing on a swing with a book and a cup of coffee. Every morning you’ll wake up to a breathtaking view of the blue waters of the Red Sea – a sight you won’t forget. Guests have access to 6 swimming pools, a restaurant serving local dishes, and a private beach that, although currently under renovation, remains open and accessible. The entire complex is surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowers, maintained daily by professional gardeners – a true oasis for nature lovers. This is a perfect place for both couples and families – the complex features a children’s playground, and a football school is available in the Club House, sure to delight young sports enthusiasts. The beautiful complex invites walks at any time of the day. For an extra charge, you can use the public facilities such as the CLUB HOUSE - gym, heated pool, tennis/paddle field or spa. Construction work is currently underway to improve the functionality of the beach, but the beach can be used as normal. The View Residence commits to completing the work by the end of August 2025. Other things to note Dear Guests, Please find below some useful information, as well as the house rules and regulations. We kindly ask you to read them carefully. Apartment Address: Hurghada, Old Sheraton Road, The View Residence (Location will be sent to you) Check-in time: from 2:00 PM Check-out time: by 12:00 PM Entrance through the main gate: The gate pass and rental contract will be prepared and left at the entrance of The View Residence with the security team. The property manager, Andriana, will contact you to arrange the check-in procedures. Internet and TV: Our guests have access to international TV channels and Wi-Fi (up to 40 GB for 7 days). Wi-Fi is available up to a limit of 40 GB per stay. If you use up the data, you can top it up for an extra fee (see below): 40 GB – 10 USD 135 GB – 15 USD 250 GB – 20 USD 400 GB – 30 USD Additional charges: Electricity and water consumption: The total cost is 50 USD per stay and must be paid in cash to the property manager upon check-out. Security deposit: A refundable deposit of 300 USD is required. It will be returned in full if no damages are found upon check-out. House rules: -Please use trash bins to avoid insects and unpleasant odors. -Before leaving the apartment, please turn off the lights and air conditioning, and unplug electrical devices. -Please close all windows before leaving the apartment. -Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed – please use the designated outdoor areas. -Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed with management. -Bringing a pet without permission is subject to a penalty. -Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please keep noise to a minimum during this time. -Broken or missing items, or damaged furniture/appliances, will be subject to a charge. -Housekeeping service is available upon request for an extra fee. Parking: Free parking spaces are available for guests in front of the building. Shuttle bus: A free shuttle bus service is available within The View Residence. Club House: Guests may use the Club House facilities (gym, heated pool, tennis/paddle courts, and spa) for an additional fee. The fee for residents of The View Residence is 150 EGP (subject to change). Important information: Orfi rental is allowed for mixed couples (foreigner + Egyptian).
