Welcoming apartment with garden located in the hamlet of Massasco, Casarza Ligure, fifteen minutes by car from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. It has free private parking air conditioning and WI-FI connection. The space Furnished with care, the villa has a private entrance and a beautiful large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Located on the ground floor the entrance leads directly to a bright living area, where you will find an open kitchen, a sofa bed for two, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, kettle, mocha, microwave and dishwasher. There are also pots, pans, dishes and everything that can be used to prepare and eat meals. A maximum of 6 guests can stay in the apartment. In the master bedroom, as well as a comfortable double bed, you will find two bedside tables, a wardrobe, where you can store your personal belongings. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is welcoming and modern with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine that can be used during the stay. The bed linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us based on the number of people in the reservation and is included in the price. For waste you will find free bins 100 meters away on the road. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection, heating (independent with radiators) and air conditioning (which is only in the living room but it's very powerfull and big and can refresh all over the house). The villa has free private parking. Pets are allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment which is rented entirely, without any space shared with others. The outdoor spaces are also private but border the courtyard/patio of the apartment next door which will be rented in the same way as yours. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 15 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO THE HOUSE: By car, along the A12 motorway with exit at Sestri Levante. From there proceed on the SS523 road following the signs for Casarza Ligure/Varese Ligure/Parma) for about 4 km, take the deviation for Massasco and continue for about 1.5 km.
