The house is one of the oldest farms in the Hautes Vosges (830m), it has been completely renovated and split into 6 apartments. It is surrounded by 7 acres of greenery. You will be 5 minutes from Lake Longemer, 10 minutes from the center of Gérardmer, 5 minutes from Valtin... The space - Surface details: The gite area is 112 m2 in duplex. You will have a large individual terrace with mountain views. The apartment has a large kitchen, living room with TV (Netflix included), 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds. There is also a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a sink with toilet upstairs. - Bike storage: on request, you will have access to a secure place to store your bikes. You will also have electrical outlets to charge your VTTAE (free of charge). If needed, we will provide you with the equipment to inflate your tires. - Bed linen: bed sheets and duvet covers are included (beds will even be already made;)). Towels, bath mats, hand towels, and dish towels are also included. - Terrace: a wide terrace of 40 m2 just for you, with sunbeds, gas barbecue, and picnic table (+umbrella). - Private parking on the property.
