Welcome The space This small house in the countryside can accommodate 4 people. It is located in Cote d'Or in a small hamlet Ecorsaint in the municipality of Hauteroche. Only 6 km from Flavigny sur Ozerain but also from the Alésia site, the Abbey of Fontenay, the forges of Buffon, Semur en Auxois. Lots of mountain bike trails, walks, hikes. This house is located above the village near our other gîte "Ici doucement". We also live on the same property. This authentic house with its stones and beams has retained all its charm. From the first cool days, you can take advantage of the wood-burning stove for your chimney fires. Upon entering, you will find a room with living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. From this ground floor you can directly access the beautiful garden through a window door. Upstairs a large bedroom that can accommodate 4 vacationers (one 160 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds). And then from June 1, come and enjoy our heated swimming pool (open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) which will be open until October This pool is not supervised, a fenced with gate with secure opening. Please supervise your children, they are your responsibility. We ask guests to please check that the gates are closed. You share the wide open spaces with the neighboring gîte, but you enjoy your quiet terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. Outdoor games are available.
