The space The studio is situated in a trendy neighborhood just two tram stops from Telliskivi Creative Hub and the Old Town. Arsenali shopping center is only an 8-minute walk, offering groceries, dining, and shops. Port Noblessner with its waterfront restaurants is 11 minutes away on foot. For nature and greenery, Kalamaja Kalmistu Park is a 10-minute walk. Right in the building, you can enjoy coffee at INTI Café or grab a treat at Wrot Waffles. ⬩Living & sleeping area: Two single beds with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. Cozy design with plenty of natural light. ⬩Kitchen & dining: Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes, and wine glasses. Dining table for meals or work. ⬩Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, body soap, hot water, and towels. ⬩Workspace: Dedicated desk and chair, ideal for working remotely. ⬩Laundry: Shared laundry room in the building with paid washer and dryer (instructions provided inside the laundry room). Washing (up to 10 kg) = 4 € ⬩Extras: Iron, hangers, air conditioning, central heating, and a baby crib available on request (€5 per night). Guest access Guests have full access to the studio apartment. Laundry facilities are available in the building for a small fee. Standard check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00.
