Welcome Home, Best of East & West

After traveling the globe and staying in various hotels and guesthouses my wife and I have attempted to present a Holiday Villa that will cover just about all of our guests wants & needs. Holiday Villa Boston (HVB) is located in the heart of Niigata City. HVB is a 2 to 10 minute walk from historical sites, great restaurants and entertaining bars. I couldn't bring myself to change the exterior's design, front gate or the front door. However, the interior is tailor made for guest to rest & relax. The space Once you slide open the front door you will be greeted by the entrance of the villa. The ground floor has a spacious living and dinning area. The bar counter has four leather bar stools over looking it's full kitchen. There's also a bedroom on the ground floor for guest that may have issues using the stairs. The washroom and shower rooms are to the left of the stairs. The restroom is to the right of the stairs. The second level has it's own living room that can be transformed in to a bedroom for two, with 2 full size sofa beds. The master bedroom is located on the upper level. It's beside the bedroom with 2 single beds. There's also a restroom on the 2nd floor. Every bedroom has a wall mounted television and alarm clock. The bedroom on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the 2nd level has split king size beds. Guest access The entire house is for our guest to use. Welcome home. Other things to note For the guest's safety and quality of the furniture please reframe from standing on the sofa and please do not eat on the sofa. This is a smoke free and vape free property. The front door has a Japanese style twist lock. The key for the lock is located in a combination key box. The front gate and front door are originally designed for the house. Both are roughly 100 years old. They are reinforced to provided modern day safety for our guest. The front door also as it's original safety lock to lock the door from the inside of the house.
