It awaits you with a beautiful charm of the interplay of old & modern. The location is quiet, in a suburb of the state capital Erfurt with direct proximity to the trade fair and the EGA. You can start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed (180cm wide), a spacious living room with couch, TV and a workstation. A third or fourth guest can sleep on the comfortable 120 cm wide sofa bed. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is enough space for the four of you to enjoy breakfast or dinner together at the table. The modern bathroom has a spacious, floor-to-ceiling rain shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and shampoo/shower gel. For families with small children we can, on request, provide a high chair and children's crockery free of charge. A baby travel cot including sheets can be booked for 15€ per stay. You can rent a parking space in the enclosed courtyard for €10/day, including a wallbox for charging your electric vehicle. Subject to availability, you can also rent two e-bikes to cycle into Erfurt city center or go on bike tours. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Further important information: We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You will also find plenty of soap and shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. There is also a coffee and tea station waiting for you on arrival. The neighborhood You will be staying in the Hochheim district, just outside the city center. The accommodation is in the middle of the quaint town center of the district. You can still get to the main station in 10 minutes by bus. There is a bakery, supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance, so everything you need for your daily needs is close by. Out and about around the accommodation The Erfurt Trade Fair and the EGA Park are in the immediate vicinity, as is the MDR State Broadcasting Center. You can reach these destinations by car in 5 minutes or on foot in 15-20 minutes. There is also a beautiful walking and cycling path along the Gera river towards the city center, where you can take idyllic walks.
