The space Inside features two bright and comfortable bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds, each with room for two guests. The spacious master has a desk and a cozy fireplace and also gives you access to the balcony that overlooks the harbour. The balcony is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can gaze at the harbour and watch the beautiful sunset. We provide fresh linen and bedding for your comfort and convenience. The living room has been carefully designed to maximise space, and give you a relaxing area to enjoy during your stay. There is a fold out, single bed in the storage/laundry area, allowing for one extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for you to cook and enjoy a meal in. It is smartly appointed with Caesar Stone countertops and features a stainless oven. The bathroom includes a freestanding tub and plantation shutters for added elegance. The large 24sqm private rooftop terrace is decorated with cozy furniture, making this an ideal place to rest and recharge. The rooftop also has a BBQ allowing you to cook delicious meals while enjoying the sun. We are in a pocket of residential terraces with friendly local neighbors, which is perfect for families and group weekends away. However we strongly warn that partying and having guests visiting the space who are not your travel companions is not allowed. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note If you wish to stay more than 4 people and use one or both of these beds there will be an added charge for the extra beds and linen, which is stored in a locked cupboard. These charges will be added when you make a reservation and select 5 total guests. If you make a reservation for 4 people and then use the extra beds or linen a charge will then be sent during/after the booking. There is paid street parking out the front of the property and around the corner from 8am-10pm. It ranges from $12-16 dollars depending on the time of day you are parking. This parking is free overnight from 10pm-8am. You can also get cheaper parking if you book ahead at the Wilson parking station at Barangaroo. CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation. Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited.
