A historic house built around 1959, beautifully renovated with additions, renovations, and DIY. This is a guest house where the owner lives and there are no meals provided. We aim to create a space where you can enjoy yourself at the inn with comics, magazines, board games, and a simple theater room. The privacy area is only in each room, and the entrance, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared areas, so they are shared with the owner and other guests. * Since it is not a one-building rental, even if you book all the rooms, the shared area will not be an exclusive area. It can be used by individuals, groups, and large groups such as training camps. We also have a small slide, toys, and children's dishes, so children are welcome. The location is conveniently located a 4-minute walk from Tatsuno Station on the JR Iida Line, and there is also a convenience store about a 5-minute walk away. There are a limited number of parking spaces, but there is also a parking lot, so you can come by car. However, advance reservations are required. Tatsuno-cho is famous for its firefly festival, which is held every June. The park where you can see fireflies is within walking distance, so it is especially recommended at that time. The space There are Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, so you can choose a room if it is available. The Japanese-style room is a tatami mat room with futons, and the Western-style room has a bed. Basically, we provide a private room for each group, so it is not a shared room. Group reservations are also welcome for club activities, circles, and other training camps. Facilities include 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks. Of these, one bathroom, one toilet, and one sink are newly built, so they are very beautiful. The kitchen has three IH burners and a grill for grilling fish and other items. There are also cooking utensils, dishes, a dining table, fridge, and oven range, so you can buy ingredients and cook them. All rooms have WiFi. We offer a variety of entertainment, including video streaming services (movies, anime, dramas, etc.), books, and board games. Guest access Feel free to use anything other than the host's room. Please share the bathroom, toilet, sink, kitchen, etc. with other guests if there are many guests. The kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared with the host. During your stay We will accommodate each guest's wishes, whether they want to interact or not. Basically, we will welcome you, see you off, and explain things after your arrival, but if you need anything else, please let us know and we will respond each time. We will be flexible overall to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Other things to note * If you check in after 9 pm, you may be charged extra fees or you may not be able to stay. There is a fan and an oil stove, but no air conditioner. Only a tuner-less TV is provided. Parking is available by reservation only. Please be sure to request it at the time of booking.
