The winegrower's house

This 75 m² house with unobstructed views offers a natural and soothing setting 5 minutes from Puy-en-Velay and Polignac. Completely renovated house, outdoor garden with trees and flowers. The winegrower's house includes 2 bedrooms (possibility to lend an inflatable mattress if 3 children or a cot with mattress), a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room. You will enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, balcony and garden areas. The space The winegrower's house was renovated between 2017 and 2020, it is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system. It was equipped in 2024: new mattresses, washing machine, dishwasher, television, glass-ceramic hot plates, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... You enter the house from a courtyard and a private terrace via a bay window, immediately you are in the kitchen/dining room. A staircase leads to an attic bedroom with 2 single beds and storage. A corridor at the kitchen level leads to a laundry room with shelving, wardrobe and washing machine, a separate toilet, a bathroom redone in 2025 with shower and storage, a bedroom with a double bed with dresser and a large living room with balcony and bay window. The living room also provides access to the back garden which has an outdoor drying rack. Each room is equipped with roller shutters and curtains to meet everyone's need for comfort. The exterior includes a terrace, balcony and various gardens on different levels. You have a private courtyard to park your vehicle, as well as access to the garage upon request. We have equipped the house with everything we look for during our family stays. We want you to enjoy our beautiful department in a warm and pleasant setting. For little ones, on request, we lend a baby bed with mattress, booster seat, toilet seat reducer. Guest access The accommodation is fully available, a plot of land adjoining the house is available, the garage on request. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. Towels, tea towels and bed linens are provided.
