Located in a quiet residential street, this home offers some ocean views and breezes with secure off-street parking. Upstairs features: * Bedroom1 - queen sized bed, opens onto the north facing deck * Bathroom with spa and separate shower * Open plan kitchen, lounge and living area open onto the large, north facing deck * Kitchen with island bench, dishwasher, microwave and six burner gas cooktop * Airconditioned living area with TV and DVD player * Covered, full length, north facing deck with ceiling fan Downstairs: * Bedroom 2 – queen sized bed. This room has direct access to the deck * Bedroom 3 – two x single beds * Bedroom 4 – two x single beds * Bathroom with bath and separate shower * Open kitchen, lounge and living area opening onto large north facing deck * Kitchen with island bench, four burner gas cooktop and dishwasher * Living area with TV and DVD player * Laundry with washing machine and outdoor access to clothesline. Clothes dryer is located in the downstairs garage if required. General features: * Ceiling fans throughout * Private fully fenced and gated yard * Gas BBQ on lower deck * Double lock up garage at rear of property with access at the right-hand side gate of the property * Off street parking Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and four x single beds. Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost. Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. * Please Note: This holiday home is for families only.
