On the ground floor is the kitchen-living room. It has an independent entrance and does not communicate with the other two levels. There is a sofa that becomes either a double bed or two single beds. It also has a toilet. The other two levels communicate with each other and each floor has a double bed and a private bathroom. In the common area between the two levels there is a mini bar.
