Other things to note ※ Centrally located, you may experience some ambient city noise, characteristic of urban settings. ※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350 ※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid. ※ Standard Setting: 1 Queen size bed for 2 guests ※ The bedroom window faces the street that may result in occasional noise. ※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming) ※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour. ※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager. ※ Booking changes and other options The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking. 2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability.
