The space The entrance is tall and wide and built with old wood. There is storage for boots, ski helmets and a built in AI washing machine and dryer. The first bathroom has a large rain shower and WC. The next room is the children's room with a bunk bed and play area below. There is also a single bed and cot. Story books age 0-5 and toys are available for guests. This room has blackout curtains, window guards and socket covers. At the end of the hall is the open living space with a large and professional equipped kitchen. Appliances include Miele steamer and Miele oven. V Zug full size Fridge freezer. Bosch dishwasher, Bora induction hob. Kitchen Aid, Magi Mix, Nutribullet and Soda Stream. The wide island with Vertigo lighting allows an elegant space to sit and work or enjoy breakfast. The designer barstools are Neva by Artisan. The dining table sits eight confortably and is handcrafted from 250 year old wood. The dining chairs are also Neva by Artisan. The sliding doors open onto a large terrace for enjoying the sun and the spectacular mountain views. In summertime with the doors fully open it feels like dining al fresco. The living area has a comfortable sofa for all the family to relax and enjoy a film on Netflix or play board games in front of the wood burning fire. Many genres of books including travel and interior design are provided as well as popular board games and chess. The sound system is bluetooth with a Sonos soundbar. The Master bedroom is slightly raised from the living area. The glass opening means that guests can enjoy the evening view of the mountains whilst soaking in the freestanding bathtub. There is of course a blind for total privacy. The king sized bed is built upon a frame of old wood and there is a dresser for clothes storage. The glass fireplace can also be enjoyed from the bedroom side. The floor is polished concrete and underfloor heated. There are thermostats in each room to control the temperature. The lights are dimmable and a collection of designer lights and Philips Hue which can be adjusted by guests to set the ambiance. Consideration and thought has gone into bringing this living space to life, respectfully preserving the historical wood and reusing it for new purpose. On request we can make availability for a second car. In the shared garden below there is a BBQ and small herb garden which can be enjoyed. Other things to note The apartment is designed for families. The children's room has a full sized single bed and children sized bunk bed suitable for up to age 12.
