The Villa Miyako 離 Hanare & 結Yui
Description
【Winner of a guest review award, two years running】 Meet "Hanare," a sister villa in the popular whole-house The Villa Miyako group. Since opening, it has won a guest review award from a major booking site two years in a row — a villa with a proven track record. The space 【The true luxury of quiet】 Hanare sits in the center of the island, surrounded by sugarcane fields. There aren't many shops nearby, which means remarkable quiet and privacy. On clear nights, step out to the fields close by for a sky full of stars. Wake up to freshly ground coffee, cook island ingredients in the kitchen, and after a long day at the beach, wash and dry everything before bed. This is the kind of "live-like-a-local" travel a hotel simply can't offer. Built to the exact same design and specification as its sister villa "Yui" right next door — book both together and it's perfect for three-generation trips or multiple families. 【Guest-only rental car service】 Exclusively for our guests, we can arrange an 8-seater VOXY or a clean compact car at a special guest rate. With beaches and sights scattered across the island, a car makes getting anywhere easy. Pickup is available at Miyako Airport, with transfer/shuttle options for Miyako Shimojishima Airport too — so you can collect your car the moment you land. Ask us anytime for rates, or we'll share the details after booking. Availability can be limited in peak seasons, so please ask early. 【Quiet, yet convenient】 Hanare sits in the center of the island, surrounded by sugarcane fields. It's a calm area away from the bustle of town — yet a convenience store is about 5 minutes by car, and hugely popular local eateries like "Maruyoshi Shokudo" and "Nakayukui Shoten" are within about 5 minutes too. Supermarkets, a drugstore, Don Quijote and Miyako Airport are all about 15 minutes away — quiet and convenient at once. And because it gets nice and dark at night, the stars come out beautifully. There isn't a big restaurant district right nearby — but that's exactly why we set this villa up so you can cook and dine in. With top-class kitchen appliances and fresh island ingredients from the local supermarket, you may never need to eat out — dinner at home becomes the highlight of the trip. As many guests tell us, "just buying ingredients and cooking was all we needed." 【Miyakojima's popular beaches, close by】 Imgya Marine Garden and Shigira Beach are about a 7-minute drive, Aragusuku Beach (where you can meet sea turtles) about 15 minutes, and Yoshino Beach — one of Miyakojima's top snorkeling spots — about 15 minutes. Yonaha Maehama Beach and Irabu Island are a little farther, but the island is small, so a car makes anywhere easy to reach. 【Layout (80㎡ · 2BR · up to 6 guests / bedding for 8)】 · Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed · Bedroom 2: 2 double beds · Tatami space behind the living room: room for 2 futon sets The capacity is 6, but we provide bedding for up to 8. The tatami space behind the living room is an open area without a door, but it works well as a sleeping space — and it's a guest favorite for kids' play, naps or yoga. Tableware is set for 6. ※ Stays of 7–8 guests per villa are possible for an additional fee, but please ask us in advance. 【A kitchen that makes you want to cook】 A De'Longhi fully automatic coffee machine (beans included), a Balmuda toaster, a Vitamix blender, a Panasonic Bistro oven, a rice cooker, a kettle and a SodaStream. A stovetop, oven, dishwasher and freezer, too. Pots and pans come in various sizes, with dishes, glasses and cutlery for everyone. Just like the main villa, The Villa Miyako, the appliances and cutlery are all carefully chosen, top-class pieces — so you can enjoy Miyako beef, Agu pork shabu-shabu or fresh island seafood on beautiful tableware. Mornings that start with freshly ground coffee become the highlight of your day. 【Laundry that lets you travel light】 A washer and dryer are provided. Even after a day at the beach, you can wash and dry everything the same day. Bath towels, face towels, sheets, toilet paper, soap and other essentials, plus hangers and spare pillows and blankets — so you can pack light. 【Room to relax, together or apart】 Rooms scented with natural wood, a ceiling fan, and a TV. There's a workspace too, ideal for a workation or a longer stay. We also provide children's books, toys and kids' tableware. On hot days, we cool the villa before check-in and welcome you with chilled sanpin tea in the fridge. 【Amenities】 Bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes (with toothpaste), cotton sets, hairbrush, razors, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided. 【Single-story & private】 One level, no stairs. A private guest entrance, a backyard, and free parking on-site. Comfortable for small children and older guests alike. 【The option to book both villas】 Right next door is our sister villa, "Yui." Book both and the two houses sleep up to 12 (6 per villa). Add futons in each villa's tatami space and bedding stretches to 16 across the two houses (over-capacity stays by prior arrangement). Ideal for three-generation trips or a relaxed stay for multiple families or a group. 【Other things to note】 · We don't provide seasonings or food. The amenity list may show "basic cooking essentials (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper)," but that's Airbnb's standard wording. For hygiene reasons, we don't stock any seasonings or food, including oil, salt and pepper. Cookware and tableware are fully provided, so please pick up seasonings at the local supermarket (about 15 minutes by car) or bring your own. · Self check-in (key box), so late-night or early-morning arrivals are easy. · Long stays welcome (28+ nights, too). Great for a workation. · As is common on Miyakojima, insects may appear depending on the season. Insect spray is provided for your use. · We reply to questions as quickly and thoughtfully as we can. 【A request: please rinse off sand before entering】 After the beach, please rinse off any sand thoroughly before coming inside. There's a hose in the garden you're welcome to use. Sand can damage the washer and dryer and takes away from the comfort of the villa, so we truly appreciate your cooperation. Miyako is a subtropical island, and typhoons can affect the area from summer through autumn. We recommend travel insurance in case of flight delays or cancellations. Cancellations due to typhoons are handled according to the cancellation policy. Registration Details Hotels and Inns Business Act | 宮古保健所 | 宮保第 R5 − 50 号
