This beautiful, cozy wooden-villa is located in Antioquia's coffee region, just 1:30hr from Medellin and 5km from the town of Venecia. As it stands in a hill at 1600masl, it provides a year-round spring weather which can go to 30°C during sunny days and 18°C on a fresh night. It is common to get fog in the morning, making a beautiful sight. It is a quiet place in the middle of the Andes with amazing views where you can get in contact with nature. The space This beautiful and cozy wooden cabin (La Margarita) is located in the coffee region of Antioquia, just 1:20 h from Medellín and 5 km (less than 10 minutes by car) from the traditional city of Venice. As it is located on a hill, it provides a spring-like climate all year round that can rise to 30°C on a sunny day to 18-20°C on a cool night. It is very common (usually every day) to have fog early in the morning, which generates a beautiful view. It is a quiet place in the middle of the Andean mountains with incredible views where you can be in contact with nature. There are several fruit trees: avocados, mango, orange, tangerine, lemon, star fruit. Feel free to take your share ;) It's a perfect place for bird watching. You can easily find: Guacharacas, parrots, warbling birds, Soledad, scavenger birds (small eagles), etc. Also, the beautiful Morpho Azul butterfly and all kinds of insects. Guest access You can access the entire property Other things to note The property has a two-story cabin. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 semi-double single beds. It can accommodate 6 people comfortably. On this floor there is also a bathroom, living room with sofa and TV with basic plan and a kitchen with all basic appliances (4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker) and kitchenware. Outside the cabin there is a covered hallway where there is an outdoor bed, hammock, living room and dining room. Perhaps the best place on the property is the terrace immediately attached to the cabin, which is located under the beautiful almond tree.
