The house is designed to be ecological and with low environmental impact. Idealized with great care in this little corner full of charm in Barra do Sahy, a beach with incredible natural beauty and good dining options, ideal for those who want to escape agglomerations. Our house is within a condo 400 meters from the beach, less than 8 minutes walk. The space The architectural design of the container house was developed from our need for an alternative construction, with low environmental impact and as minimalist as possible. We recently completed a new stage of the architectural project, and guests will have access to a beautiful suite with a soaking tub and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Forest. This house was designed with minimal interference with the environment, but with the comfort that will make your experience incredible. I emphasize that the house has 2 bedrooms, one downstairs that is a small bedroom and without air conditioning, but in the living room there is an air conditioner of 18 thousand BTUS that serves the entire living room and bedroom, if it is not enough we also have a portable fan. Upstairs in the house is a small TV room and the master suite and another 18,000 BTUS air conditioner. Guest access The entrance to the condominium is through an automatic gate, I will pass the specifications after the booking is confirmed. Guests' cars must be inside the garage of the house, as the external spaces within the condominium are for other owners, so there is no space available outside the house. Other things to note The access to the beach is quiet and fast, there is no need for a car because it is very close, but it is important to inform that they will have to cross the highway. I also inform that the house is supplied by mineral water from the own source of the condominium, but after the 2022 carnival disaster, every time it rains heavily the water is left with sludge, even with filters we are still unable to remedy this issue, as it is a reaction of nature, in this way I guide guests to bring mineral water for consumption. As for the house, we put screens on some windows so that they can be open to ventilate the environment more. When you turn on the air conditioning, it is recommended to close the windows that have screens. But don't forget to bring a repellent, because in São Sebastião there are borrachudos. I kindly ask you to leave all the trash produced in a large trash can that is in the back of the house, as the person responsible for cleaning will collect it after checkout. When you are not at home, please turn off the air conditioners. It is forbidden to leave pets alone inside the house, in the absence of the guardians they must remain in the external area that is safe and pleasant for the animals. Thanks for understanding.
