The space Welcome to your 5-star stay, Arriving in front of the building, you will find mailbox number 2, inside which there is a master lock that contains the keys to access the apartment. Once you open the gate with the appropriate remote control, you will find yourself in the courtyard area, where there are private parking spaces. Your parking space will be number 3. After parking your car, you can access the inner lobby through the main door. The loft is on the ground floor, on your right, marked by the number 2 inside. The apartment's entrance opens onto a spacious living room, which will welcome you with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a French-sized double sofa bed (140x190). In front of the sofa, you will find a 42-inch Smart TV with Netflix subscription included, ideal for your movie nights. On the cabinet below, there is a nice turntable with some jazz vinyl for total relaxation. In the cart next to the sofa, you'll find cables for charging courtesy mobile devices and three remote controls: one to manage the colors of the LED lights and create the perfect atmosphere for your evenings, one for the air conditioning or heat pump, and one for the television. The linear, functional kitchen, complete with American-style seating, is equipped with all the necessary equipment for even longer stays. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods included and all the necessary utensils: cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, placemats, sugar, salt, single-portion oil and vinegar. In addition, you will find everything you need to manage recycling. As soon as you enter the house, on your left, you will find a bathroom with a refined design, complete with sophisticated bathroom fixtures and a large bathroom cabinet that contains a complimentary hairdryer, a makeup and facial care mirror, in addition to the mirror above the sink equipped with a bright light bulb. In the shower, there are body washes, shampoos and conditioners in the appropriate dispensers, all 100% natural products in collaboration with Ecosfuso, a natural soap retailer.
