With two bedrooms, beautiful living room room and additional snug, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining space, plus patio garden, this house offers a central location yet tranquility for your perfect trip to Whitstable. Please note - Maximum 4 adults, top bunk not suitable for an adult. Ground Floor: Entrance door opens into living room, with two sofas and smart TV. A doorway leads to a further snug area with sofa, chair and log burning stove. Leading through to the kitchen-diner with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. You'll have everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway in the dining space. The patio garden is accessed from the kitchen, and includes patio furniture. First Floor: Stairs accessed from the snug area. Landing leading to: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a single bed plus bunk beds and a chest of drawers. Bathroom comprising roll top bath with shower overhead, vanity unit and WC. Cotton linens/towels and soap and cleaning products are provided for use during your stay. Guest access The whole house and garden are for your private use during your stay.
