AVOID PULLING and RELOCATING the furnitures and appliances to prevent the vinyl tiles from scratches. Extra charge may be applied for damages 8. NO EATING/DRINKING on the bed. Additional fees may be charged for stains/dirt on the beddings 9. TURN OFF the appliances when not in use. AC/lights and other electronics should be turned off when you leave the unit. Don’t forget to close windows and lock the door. 10. All items/appliances are newly purchased and we suggest to handle everything with care. REPORT any MISSING, DAMAGES and or BREAKAGES in a timely manner. Any damages done will be charged 11. Housekeeping collects garbage on schedule. Kindly DISPOSE YOUR GARBAGE PROPERLY and place your GARBAGE at the BALCONY to avoid penalty 12. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS ITEMS and INJURIES during your stay. 13.
