Mauthnerhube Apartment with Sauna and Jacuzzi

Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Enjoy and relax in the apartment's private wellness area, complete with an sauna and whirlpool! The new pond with panoramic views invites you to linger and unwind. The space The kitchen: Since we love to cook ourselves, we've made a special effort to equip the kitchen with everything you need for cooking! If you're missing something, we're happy to lend it to you! The bathroom is newly renovated and features a modern rain shower and underfloor heating! Towels, a hairdryer, a makeup mirror, and liquid soap/shampoo are also provided! Towels can be changed for longer stays! The bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a private whirlpool tub, which is especially relaxing on cold days or after a long hike! The private infrared sauna heats things up even more and is the perfect way to unwind after a beautiful day in the mountains! In winter/autumn, the apartment is heated to approximately 15 degrees Celsius with an integrated electric heater! To keep it nice and toasty, our guests must heat the apartment with the wood stove! Of course, the wood is included! We prepare the apartment for our guests, and it's already nice and warm upon their arrival! A cabin feeling guaranteed! Guest access The apartment is located on the top floor of our house. We've set up a reading corner in the front hall with a sofa, books, and games. This is open to the public! Our garden, with its swimming pond and jetty, is also open to our guests! Weather permitting in winter, we're happy to provide seating and sun loungers. Other things to note Adults Only Additional costs - Tourist tax €2.50 per person/night, payable in cash upon arrival/departure. We are required to pay this to the municipality.
