Apartment located on the first floor of a small condominium, in the former Campo d'Aviazione area, a quiet neighborhood that winds behind the beautiful pine forest of Levante. Just 1.5 km from the sea, about 3 km from Torre del Lago and 2 km from Viareggio station. It consists of a living room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with balcony, a double bedroom with TV, a bedroom with a desk corner and a bathroom. Indoor parking for 2 bikes, which we leave available for our guests and free street parking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, wifi, washing machine, external blinds with automatic closure. All safety devices are present. We provide sheets, towels and beach towels, washed according to local authority guidelines. Finally, we leave our guests a base for a sweet breakfast to start the day well.
