It is surrounded by deckchairs and parasols, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Outdoor lounge area with comfortable furniture for outdoor evenings. Large sunny terrace with dining area and barbecue. Our petanque corner is a true tribute to the Provençal tradition. A private forest of 6000 m2 completes this exterior. **INDOORS** A 240 m2 Provençal Bastide that can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children). The peninsula serves as both a work surface, a place for meal preparation and an informal dining area with high stools. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and ovens integrated into the cabinets for a consistent look. A SMEG kitchen piano. A living/dining area with designer furniture, a flat-screen TV, a contemporary table and comfortable seating open directly to the outside, offering an unobstructed view. Smart TV, board games and books will also enhance your evenings. A first bedroom (queen-size bed and desk), with its bathroom, offering a private space for elderly parents or young adults and direct access to the outdoor terrace. A laundry room completes this floor. Upstairs: 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms with modern furniture and retro touches.
