Welcome to Seascape House Corfu! The house is located right on the beachfront in South Corfu, offering a serene and authentic getaway, far from the island’s busy tourist spots. The house features spacious rooms, a private garden with direct beach access, and opportunities for water sports. Our villa promises an unforgettable experience – perfect for romantic retreats, family vacations, or getaways with friends. The space Our house includes 3 bedrooms: **Sea** - A spacious master bedroom with a sea view, a king-size bed, a luxurious wardrobe, and a private shower and toilet. The room is approximately 30 square meters. **Thai** - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an outdoor bathroom in Thai style. The room is approximately 20 square meters. **Guests** - A bedroom with a queen-size bed, an adjacent private balcony with a sea view, and a nearby bathroom outside the room. The room is approximately 12 square meters. **Kitchen:** Our kitchen, designed and custom-built for the house, is handmade from rustic oak and equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking. It includes an oven, microwave, ultra-fast electric stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glasses, and everything else required to cook with pleasure! The dining area in the kitchen features an oak dining table that seats 6 people. **Living Room:** Our living room is furnished with low, specially designed, and exceptionally comfortable sofas that connect you to the barefoot luxury atmosphere we offer. Behind the sofas, you'll find a service cabinet with a large mirror reflecting the sea, creating the illusion that the sea is inside the house. The cabinet houses a washing machine, dryer, and safe. From our living room, you can enjoy a stunning sea view and open the glass doors to the outdoor terrace and garden, allowing direct access to the beach without leaving the house. **Outside:** The house features a shaded terrace with a pergola that extends from the living room and a large private garden with a green lawn. At the end of the garden, just about 20 steps from the living room, you can enjoy private access to a sandy beach and clear waters. The terrace has a wonderful dining table that seats 8, an outdoor seating area, and a barbecue for your use. In the garden, you can enjoy umbrellas, sunbeds, and a fantastic outdoor shower after swimming in the sea. **Additional Features:** * The house faces north, allowing you to enjoy both stunning sunsets and sunrises :) * The house is equipped with Starlink WiFi, ensuring high-speed internet access. * We allow hosting 2 additional people if needed in the loft, but please note that the loft height is 1.6 meters at its highest point, making it more suitable for children and teenagers. Access is via a ladder, so it is suitable for children aged 8 and above. * A charming tavern serving wonderful local food is just a 200-meter walk along the beach! * Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find numerous cafes, restaurants, a bakery, a gym, and 3 large supermarkets at your disposal. * We are located in a quiet and authentic area, offering a unique experience of tranquility, peace, nature, and the sea :) Guest access The entire house comes with a spacious garden from which there is private access to the beach.
