A secluded home surrounded by indigenous trees in a quiet neighbourhood, Wild Plum offers king and queen beds in the house and twin beds in a separate cottage. There is a wood burning fireplace to keep you warm in winter, uncapped WiFi to keep you connected, DSTV and Netflix to keep you entertained, and a solar system to keep everything powered up during load shedding. The space The open plan living space opens onto a covered patio with a built in barbecue, and a deck running the length of the house. The en-suite king bedroom and the queen bedroom also open onto the deck. In a separate cottage is an en-suite twin bedroom with a lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and filtered water at the prep bowl. The fully fenced property is accessed via an automated gate, has a spacious parking area, and a good security system. The large grounds are thickly planted with indigenous trees and shrubs providing a haven for a variety of birds, including the rarely seen Knysna Loerie. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the property except a storage cupboard inside the house, and the tool store and staff toilet outdoors. Other things to note Baboons occasionally enter the property, in which case guests should immediately lock doors and windows, and stay indoors until they leave.
