Happy Travels! The space Red rocks Villa is a cozy and luxurious two-story home, located in the heart of Rajagiriya on an affluent and quiet residential cul-de-sac. Current price is only for 4 guests and 2 bedrooms. It’s a perfect choice for big family/ group up to 9 guests for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, get together or a function. Bedrooms Villa has 2 bedrooms with ensuites (attached bathrooms) and 3 more AC bedrooms. 5 AC bedrooms (two on ground floor) with full wardrobes, comfortable beds and high-quality bed linens. King-size beds are in three rooms. The other two bedrooms have a queen size and a double bed each. Bathrooms Two ensuites (one on each floor attached to the bedrooms with king size beds), and one bathroom is located between two bedrooms in upstairs. All bathrooms have modern fittings and hot water in both showers and taps. A powder room (no shower) with modern fittings is on the ground floor. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with Bosch induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer with ice/water dispenser. All the modern accessories that you need to cook a meal or a light snack. Sorry. Oven is out of order. Dining Open plan dining area fitted with a ceiling fan, with comfortable and modern wooden dining table and chairs. Living The living area has high ceiling and fitted with a ceiling fan. Comfortable sofas with coffee table and armchairs. Air-conditioned TV lounge upstairs with a comfy sofa. Outside A small but nicely kept garden with plants, wines and small bushes which surrounds the front, back and sides of the house. Front veranda with easy chairs. It has a nice natural breeze. Back veranda has a bench. Back veranda with solid/ beautiful timber poles and timber ceiling. Outdoor gathering area/terrace on the upper floor. Other free Wi-fi Parking available for 3 vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the full villa. Remote of the main gate and keys to the villa will be handed over at the checking in by the property manager. Guest access Guest will get access to the entire house. Only the guests will be staying in the property. Property manager is NOT living in the property. Other things to note We warmly welcome you to stay in our beautiful home, a home away from home. Please note the following: Strictly no loud parties and no loud music as it is a quiet residential neighbourhood. We highly appreciate your understanding and corporation. You may entertain your friends during your stay, but not to stay over please. Free Wi-Fi is available up to GB 50 for reasonable use of the guest for their stay. Extra GBs can be arranged at cost with the internet provider. If lost guests will be required to pay approximately $20 to $60 to replace house keys, remote of the main gate, remotes of ceiling fans and remote of ACs.
