Back at the house, unwind by the private pool, enjoy lunch in the garden, or make use of the beach cabana and trolley for another easy trip to the foreshore. Located in a quiet street close to cafes, shops, parks and restaurants, it’s the ideal base for a relaxed Sunshine Coast getaway. The space Nestled in a quiet street, this charming beach house features a coastal façade and a welcoming entry through a secure, fenced garden. Step inside to a light-filled living area with two Nick Scali lounges, kids' bean bags, coastal artworks, and a smart TV with DVD player—ideal for cosy movie nights or relaxing after the beach. Coastal art of the nearby Bok Beach entrances by Raelene Hall adds a thoughtful touch, while air-conditioning throughout ensures maximum comfort. The kitchen and dining areas are both functional and stylish, featuring an induction cooktop, Bosch oven, dishwasher, two-door fridge, pantry, and an island bench with seating for four. A large seaside artwork by Anne Mathers adds a vibrant touch, complementing the light, coastal feel. The bleached-wood dining table extends for shared meals, with expansive windows framing views of the sparkling pool and alfresco area. Step outside to relax by the in-ground pool or enjoy a barbecue with the Weber grill. The secure, wraparound garden leads directly to a small wooded park and playground, while Bokarina Park—just two blocks away—offers more green space, BBQ facilities, and a selection of local cafés and restaurants. All bedrooms are well-appointed with ceiling fans, ample storage space, and relaxing views. Primary Bedroom: A tranquil retreat featuring a queen-sized bed and a charming bay window overlooking the inner courtyard. This room also boasts an ensuite bathroom, overhead fan, walk-in wardrobe, and striking coastal Indigenous artworks. Bedroom 2: This room includes a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe. Sliding doors open directly onto a private outdoor seating area with views of the pool and garden. Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room offers two king single beds, a trundle bed, built-in wardrobe, and an overhead fan. If you’d like to use the trundle bed during your stay, please mention it when making your inquiry. The second bathroom is located adjacent to bedrooms two and three, offering a shower, claw-foot bath and vanity. The second toilet is adjacent. In-unit laundry features over and under bench storage, a top-loading washing machine, sink, dryer, Dyson vacuum, broom and ironing cupboard. Wi-Fi, off-street parking, and hotel-quality linen complete your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Secure parking for two cars on the driveway behind the electric gate and on the street in front of the house. Please note the garage is not accessible. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
