The space Welcome to our charming apartment located within the picturesque Loretello Castle. This captivating accommodation is perfect for couples or small families, offering comfortable spaces and a unique atmosphere immersed in the history and beauty of the Marche region. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, with a maximum of 4 adults, spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a room with a convertible armchair into a single bed, and a bathroom. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with a sofa bed for additional guests. Additionally, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hills directly from the apartment's windows, offering moments of peace and serenity. Furthermore, guests will have access to a shared pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the warmer months. Experience the authenticity and charm of staying in a true Marche castle, immersing yourself in the history and culture of the region. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the space, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and any other indoor areas of the apartment. You will enjoy complete privacy and tranquility, freely utilizing all the amenities offered by the accommodation. Other things to note - THE USE OF THE POOL HAS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €15 PER DAY PER GROUP, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF GUESTS. - Heating is available upon request at an additional cost of €20 per night. - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. - Parties are not allowed. - The pool is shared with other apartments and it is open from May 15th to October 15th. Swimming Pool Regulations Access to the pool is allowed from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The pool is located at the foot of the castle. The entrance gate can be found by walking down towards the access road on the left, below the small playground, as shown in the image. You can open the gate using one of the keys provided in your key set. Please always close the gate properly and leave the pool area within the indicated hours. Swimming naked is not allowed. The pool area is equipped with a bathroom and a shower. Guests are kindly requested to keep a moderate and calm tone of voice, behave respectfully, and set their phone to silent mode. Running and diving are strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents caused by inappropriate behavior. Children must always be accompanied by their parents, who must carefully supervise them at all times. Parents are solely responsible for any injuries that may occur to their children in the pool. Unaccompanied minors are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area. Children under 4 years old must wear a swim diaper when entering the pool. Naked children are not allowed in the pool. Eating and drinking in the water are strictly forbidden. We will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of unattended belongings.
