We host only Indian nationals. Spacious Deluxe Room at Paradise Homestay, a clean and budget-friendly family homestay in Vadgaon Budruk, Pune near Sinhagad Road. Suitable for couples or guests looking for extra comfort in a peaceful residential setting. The room offers a larger layout with a comfortable bed, attached bathroom with 24/7 hot water, Wi-Fi, Smart YouTube TV, and work desk. Located on the first floor with stair access only. IMP: no parking & no lift. Paid AC upgrade available. The space Paradise Homestay is a family-run home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Deluxe Room is more spacious and suited for guests who prefer extra comfort in a disciplined, peaceful environment. The focus is on cleanliness, safety, and a homely stay rather than hotel-style luxury. Owners stay on the premises and are available if assistance is needed. The room is approximately 160 sq ft and features a king-size bed (comfortable for 2 guests; extra mattress available for up to 3), an attached private bathroom, wardrobe, study desk with chair, RO drinking water, power backup, and housekeeping on request. Free Wi-Fi and a 32" Smart TV are provided. The property is non-smoking and monitored by CCTV for security. Guest access Guests can access: • Their private Deluxe Room with attached private bathroom • Independent entry via staircase to the first floor There is no lift and no access to kitchen or family living areas. Parking is not available within the property. Other things to note To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please read carefully: • Check-in / Check-out: 12:00 PM / 10:00 AM (early check-in subject to availability and charges) • ID Verification: Original physical ID required for all guests (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving License). Digital or scanned IDs are not accepted as per local police rules. • Indian Nationals Only: We are unable to host foreign passport holders. • Guests & Visitors: Only the number of guests selected at the time of booking are allowed to enter the property. Any additional person, even for a short visit, will be charged ₹300 per person. • Climate Control: Air-conditioning is available at ₹200 per person, per night, with a minimum charge of ₹400 per night (whichever is higher). • Parking: No private parking. Roadside parking at owner’s risk. • Dining: Limited home-cooked breakfast menu available (Tea, Poha, Upma, etc.). No guest kitchen access. • House Rules: Strictly no smoking, no alcohol, no parties. Quiet, family environment. • Surroundings: Located in a family residential area and on the roadside. Normal neighborhood sounds such as children playing and passing vehicles should be expected.
