The Laugère Cottage

The gite "Le Cottage de Laugère" is a pretty rustic house with interior walls in exposed stones, ideal for large families or a stay with friends (10/12 people / max 8 adults). The cottage is located on our property with direct access to the Berry Canal (walks and fishing). The pool is heated in season. Fiber Internet and WiFi - 2 TVs Games: trampoline, ping-pong, petanque court, foosball, ... and board games. We are happy to welcome pets. The space On the ground floor: a main room with equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room with wood-burning stove (wood included), a bedroom with a double and a single bed with access to the front garden. At the back: accessible from the bedroom and also with an independent entrance, a corner with table, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom/toilet. Upstairs: a large landing with TV area, a bedroom with double bed and dressing room, a large bedroom with 4 single beds. An extra extra bed and a baby cot are also available. Included: wood, dishwashing products, sponges, paper towels, tea towels, bath mats and basic food staples (oil, salt, sugar, etc.)… Outside, a large terrace and a garden, fully enclosed, where you will find: a space for parking, an area with games and a space where the pool is located. Deckchairs, tables and chairs. Guest access You have access to the whole place, with entrance, terrace and private garden. The pool area is to be shared with us, your hosts. In July and August, rentals are only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Cleaning 60 euros on site. We will ask you to leave the cottage and the outdoors clean.
