Housekeeping will start at 9:30 a.m. The staff will knock on the door and open the door to clean the room. If you don't want to be disturbed and don't need housekeeping, please tell the staff the day before and we won't bother you with housekeeping. You also get free laundry service on those days. The staff will collect the clothes and take them to the laundry when they enter the room to clean. If you don't want the housekeeping staff to bother you but still want to do laundry, please leave the laundry basket at the front door, we will come and take it away and return the clean clothes at the front door. However, I only wash clothes for free during your stay at my house. In case you want to wash clothes brought from elsewhere, please pay a laundry service fee of 10,000 VND/kg.
