The space This attractive, modern, high-quality, newly renovated, light-flooded attic apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a quiet apartment building in the immediate vicinity of Saarbrücken Castle (230m). It is a matter close to our hearts to offer you an extraordinary ambience. The 54 square meter apartment is furnished with attention to detail and fully equipped. The living room and bedroom invite you to linger, the small but fine kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and on the idyllic roof terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view and spend cozy summer evenings in the middle of the city. The kitchen of this pretty apartment is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a fully automatic coffee machine with espresso beans from the regional roasting house "Black Hen", spices, tea, olive oil and balsamic vinegar as well as a toaster and a kettle. In the living room there is a SMART TV with access to your personal Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts. A "Marshall - Bluetooth speaker" and W-LAN sweeten your stay. The comfortable sofa bed can be quickly converted for one or two additional guests. In the comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m wide) you will find restful sleep. The bathroom with large shower, free toiletries and hairdryer awaits you. Towels, bed linen, tea towels and washing-up liquid are provided. The roof terrace is equipped with a cozy lounge area and an electric barbecue. The uncomplicated 24-hour SMART-LOCK access allows you to arrive flexibly. Saarbrücken main train station is 1.1 km away and can be easily reached on foot in up to 15 minutes. The nearest airport is Saarbrücken Airport, 11 km from the accommodation. The proximity to the castle and the castle park with museums, cafés and restaurants invite you to take a stroll. In summer you can enjoy the entertaining matinée series, Sundays at 11 am, under the sign of BLUES. A 10-minute walk will take you to Saarbrücken's old town, the Sankt Johanner Markt (700 m) with its many bars, restaurants and stores. Every Wednesday and Saturday you can find the farmers' market there. At the Ludwigskirche (300 m) you can also find small restaurants and bars and experience the hustle and bustle of the farmers' market there every Saturday. Our town borders on France and Luxembourg is not far away either. You can quickly visit wonderful places by bus and train and enjoy the flair of our European neighbors.
