The room also has a desk for those digital nomads who need to work during their stay. The space The room is located in a shared apartment, with a total of 3 rooms (two people per room). The apartment is fully equipped with ample space to ensure the comfort of all guests. It has 2 bathrooms which are used by all the rooms, that is, the bathroom is shared by other guests. The apartment has a spacious living room and a beautiful patio with dining room and outdoor chairs, perfect for enjoying the Maltese climate. The apartment is located in St. Julian's in a fairly quiet residential area. We are only a 10-minute walk from Spinola Bay and 12 minutes from Balluta Bay, a food court, and supermarkets within walking distance. Areas such as Paceville are accessible on foot. From the airport by taxi it takes 15-20 minutes. Guest access The apartment has three private bedrooms, each with its own independent key. The rest of the spaces are shared. The apartment consists of: - Two large bathrooms for use by all rooms. - Fully equipped kitchen and dining room for cooking during your stay. - Living room, with a large sofa and flat-screen cable TV. - Outdoor patio, with dining room and chairs, perfect for spending the day with the pleasant Mediterranean climate. During your stay I usually give my guests complete privacy, but I live 10 minutes from the accommodation, so I can attend to any eventuality that may arise.
