A cozy, pet friendly tiny house located on the north side, nestled in the bush at the edge of a paddock, with peaceful bushland views, and friendly goats to keep you company. Nestled in a natural bush setting, this property offers a rugged and authentic Aussie escape — surrounded by native trees, fallen branches, and the sounds of the wild. It’s not a manicured garden, but a peaceful retreat into nature. Coastal adventures are just 20–25 minutes away, with Venus Bay, Waratah Bay, and Sandy Point offering beautiful beaches, water sports, and stunning natural scenery. Whether you're seeking relaxation or a spontaneous getaway, these coastal gems offer something for everyone to enjoy. It's a 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: We are surrounded by working farms, so some agricultural noise may occur. For a more restful stay, we recommend bringing earplugs. If you're booking for a group, we have a second tiny home,"Buffalo Plains" available with 24 hours' notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and the north fence line near the swings. Preorder options (with 24 hours' notice) include: - Bike rental available for $10 per day - Firewood costs $20 per wheelbarrow load - Pick-up (or drop-off) services must be pre-arranged with the host Other things to note - Drinking water is supplied to the unit - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside/outside the tiny home - We have pet goats roaming on the adjacent paddock - An outdoor fire pit is available, except during total fire bans - Expect that a light easterly wind may make road noise noticeable - Good signal for Optus, Weak for Telstra, and No signal for Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark - Please be informed that foxes are in the area as well as the property is mostly a bird habitat - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Guest Advisory - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior noticed and must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking. - We’ll also share our farm guidelines ahead of your stay—please take a moment to read the dos and don’ts. - Mostly, there is barbed wire fencing on the property, so off-leash dogs can wander. Cats are to be contained at all times. Important note: - Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
