The space This stunning property offers accommodation on the 1st, 2nd and 4th floors, with a total of 16 spacious rooms that can comfortably house a maximum of 25 guests. The property is separated into two sections: 1st & 2nd floors with own separate entry and 3rd & 4th floors also with own separate entry. As you enter the building, you will be greeted by a stylish and welcoming common area on the 3rd floor which serves as a social hub for guests booked on fourth floor, featuring a cozy lounge area with a satellite TV (Dstv) and a fireplace which can be lit in the evening upon request, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the country side. The open-plan modern kitchen on this floor is a chef’s dream. It is equipped with modern appliances: hob, oven, microwave, fridge and built-in extractor hood that ensures a smoke-free cooking experience. The island and spotless granite countertops offer plenty of space for food preparation. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cabinets, a pantry, utensils, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a large sink allowing guests to whip up delicious meals during their stay. Tea, coffee and salt are provided. The use of cooking gas is limited to basic cooking, and extra cooking will incur an additional charge. A laundry machine is also available for guests use at an additional cost. The 1st & 2nd floors have a common TV room with dispenser water. Bathrooms (six) are shared & are equipped with hot water showers. They feature showers, sinks and toilets. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided as well as toilet paper and hand towels. The deluxe bedroom is en-suite and is located on the fourth floor. Guest access Guests will have full access to their room and bathroom on their allocated floor. Car parking is provided on site on two locations (back and front of the property). For the front parking, guests are required to walk up a staircase to the property. During your stay Guests can get in touch with the housekeeper who is always at the property during weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After this period, they can get in touch on phone with the property manager. Other things to note Amenities provided WIFI internet connectivity in all rooms, fresh drinking water, CCTV cameras outside the property, a video intercom system, fireplace, sliding gate with a perimeter wall and razor wire for enhanced security. No extra guests may visit the property under any circumstances (unless agreed to in advance). A house-keeper is available to clean on weekdays the common areas of the property and occupied rooms after three nights. Your bed linens and body towels will be changed on a weekly basis (after 6 nights). Fresh towels can be requested for during your stay at an extra fee. Tipping is customary but not mandatory. Most roads are muddy and not paved and therefore guests will be requested to remove their shoes on entry to the property. Indoor slippers will be provided to each guest in their room. The surrounding area is green and inhabited by birds and small primates such as colobus monkeys.
