The detached house Wieken-Huus in Jade-Sehestedt offers space for up to 6 people on 75 m² and is idyllically located directly on the sea. It has a closed and fenced property with garden, covered terrace, modern furnishings, Wi-Fi, fireplace, infrared cabin, disabled-friendly furnishings as well as free parking and charging station for electric cars. The space The Wieken-Huus vacation home on the North Sea coast is located in the Wesermarsch, opposite Wilhelmshaven. Here we give a first impression of our home. The  spacious 700 sqm idyllic property, away from the hustle and bustle, offers plenty of space to play for children and dogs. The Wieken-Huus offers good basic equipment, especially for people with walking disabilities.  Threshold-free access to the front door and terrace.  All doors are 100 cm wide, the bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower stool and 2 handles. There is also a handle next to the toilet. The mirror is tilted, so styling while sitting is not a problem.  In the bathroom there is an infrared sauna, the bathroom door opens to the outside for safety. Washing machine, dryer, clothes rack and iron are also provided. For your safety, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are installed, and a first aid kit is provided. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and reading chair and has a smart TV and stereo system. The dining area can accommodate 6 people at a large table with comfortable chairs. On cool evenings you can use the modern fireplace.  There are two bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. In one  bedroom there is a double bed in the lower area, a TV is mounted on the opposite wall. A small closed wooden staircase (child-safe with a small door) leads up into the attic gallery. In the area, two single beds are ideal as a separate sleeping and play area for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality dishes, cutlery and glasses for 12 people. It has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (filter and Senseo), toaster, egg cooker, kettle, blender, as well as mixer and the associated baking utensils. A raclette grill is available for the convivial round. A small selection of spices is also available. Next to the terrace there is a small herb garden. A covered  terrace (with integrated pull-out wind protection) invites you to linger. The smaller terrace in front of the bedroom entices you to enjoy the sunset before going to bed. There are 6 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers and of course matching upholstery is available for all garden furniture. A grill with smoker is available for BBQ evenings. A sandbox in the shape of a pirate boat offers children fun and entertainment. There is a lockable storage room for your bicycles. A wallbox is installed, so you can charge your electric car right by the house. Billing is done directly via credit card payment. An information folder, illustrated books about the Sea, a game collection for bad weather, children's toys, juggling balls and kites provide varied leisure activities. We wish our guests a pleasant, relaxing stay. Pets are welcome in this house for a cleaning fee! This is a non-smoking house. Parties and events are not allowed in this vacation home. The vacation home area is still in the process of being developed and construction activities in the area can lead to slight impairments due to noise and dust.
